Huafu Chemicals Factory completed container loading for a repeat overseas partner today. This shipment is 20MT food grade melamine molding compound (MMC) for melamine tableware production, including dinner plates, bowls and kid’s tableware sets. The finished goods were packed in 20kg waterproof kraft bags and carefully loaded into the 20ft dry container. Our QC team inspected packaging integrity before container sealing to avoid moisture damage during sea transit.

Before mass production, we ran strict lab testing for each batch, issuing COA, SGS food contact certificate and MSDS documents. The powder delivers smooth molding performance, high surface gloss and good scratch resistance, which helps our customer reduce defective rates during hot pressing.
